Mary Jean Alig often paints what she loves. Two of her favorite subjects are her family and places she has visited. She and husband Vincent traveled to Affeier, Switzerland, where Vincent's grandfather was born. She was inspired to paint the quiet little town and and its beautiful setting after spending some time on a bench, overlooking the amazing view.
