The Artists of Group 6

Beth A. Forst graduated from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska with a bachelor of science in art. She enjoys painting from life and out of doors, as well as studio work. She can be found scanning the landscape for a new plein air painting, or working in her studio in Noblesville, where she lives with her husband and 3 children. Beth has been painting professionally for over 4 years. Her focus on oil painting has opened new doors to her expressions. As a pencil sketch artist she has captured hundreds of local area children and pets. Many of her sketches are in personal collections nationwide as well as Canada, South Africa and Croatia.

Randall Scott Hardin was born in Tipton, Indiana and grew up in Noblesville, Indiana. Randall is primarily a self-taught artist and has been a full time painter for ten years. Although inspired by his travels throughout other countries, Randall especially likes the Midwestern landscape. A passion for his subjects and love of tradition as well as modern art has brought him continuing inspiration and success. His paintings hang in public, private and corporate collections throughout the world.

Dale Kercheval was born in Medford Massachusetts and has lived in rural Indiana since the age of six. After high school he was awarded a four-year scholarship to the John Herron School of Art. He completed his studies and pursued interests in historic preservation and restoration, but has always continued his artwork. He is now able to devote most of his time to art. He is a member of the Hoosier Salon, and Indiana Plein Air Painters Association. He is a five-time winner at the T. C. Steele Annual paint-out and has won awards or exhibited at the Hoosier Salon, the Indiana State Fair, and juried contests in Irvington, Mooresville, Atlanta, and Indianapolis.
